Cancellation Policy for Play Days Camps

  1. Booking and Cancellation Window:

    • Bookings can be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled camp date.

    • No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be accepted within 48 hours of the camp start time.

  2. Cancellation Fees:

    • If a cancellation is requested more than 48 hours in advance, a transaction fee of 10% of the total camp cost will be charged.

  3. Refunds:

    • Refunds for cancellations will be processed promptly after deducting the applicable transaction fee.

    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the camp start time.

  4. Rescheduling:

    • Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours in advance will be accommodated without any additional charges.

    • Within 48 hours of the camp, rescheduling is not permitted.

  5. Exceptions:

    • In case of emergencies (e.g., illness, family emergencies), please contact us directly to discuss options.
