Keep the next generation active and playful, through all things sport and movement.
As the co-owner of PlayDays, I’m fueled by a passion for health, sports, and the great outdoors. Movement is my language, and I’ve explored it all—from BMX and archery to soccer, football, backcountry camping, disc golf, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, mountain biking, badminton, rock climbing, hockey and so much more. If it involves physical activity, chances are I’ve not only tried it but loved every exhilarating moment.
My coaching journey spans over four years, during which I’ve discovered my true calling: supporting others’ progression and witnessing the sheer joy of sports blossom.
Before starting PlayDays, I served as the Head Coach at the legendary B-LINE Bike Park, where I developed, coached, and managed a multitude of freestyle BMX and Dirt Jumper programs. Each one of them having a different skill level and progression focus, with ages ranging from ages 5-16.
As an Archery Coach at OC Archery, I taught archery fundamentals and advanced shooting techniques in both group and individual settings, worked with school groups and summer camp participants, and conducted private lessons for kids and adults.
I am certified in Red Cross Emergency First Aid & CPR/AED Level C, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
At PlayDays, our mission is clear—to help individuals of all ages uncover their love for movement, games, and play, while reaping the countless benefits these activities offer.
Join me this summer where movement meets fun, and every day is an adventure waiting to unfold.

Healthy kids are happy kids.

As a dedicated dad of two energetic youngsters under 10, I understand the desires and needs of parents and their kids seeking an enriching summer program.
Drawing from my parenting experience and my role as a coach at B-Line Indoor Bike Park, I’ve crafted day camp programs that revolve around sports, cycling, and the pursuit of happy, healthy, and delightfully exhausted kids.
My journey in the world of cycling began during my teenage years when I actively volunteered, coached, and served as an ambassador for BMX racing and the cycling community as a whole. While I’ve experienced BMX racing and cycling at the highest levels, my focus has shifted over the past decade. Now, my mission is to nurture active, respectful, and health-conscious children.
As a dad, I offer my kids a diverse range of activities, including team and individual sports, hiking, climbing, and of course, cycling. My goal? To drain their small but powerful batteries while fostering lifelong memories and friendships. I bring that same mentality to our days at Play Days.
Rest assured, safety is paramount. I hold certifications in Vulnerable Sectors Check and Emergency First Aid and CPR/AED Level C. With these qualifications, I’m committed to providing a secure and supportive environment for every child who joins our summer adventures.
Join us for a summer filled with sun-soaked days, laughter, and new friendships. Let’s create lasting memories and inspire the next generation of active explorers!
